I en svart liten enaktare presenteras ett gastkramande och känsloladdat möte mellan företag och anställd. Spelplatsen är chefens kontor men speglar ett helt samhälle, där känslor snabbt rationaliseras bort och kraven på avkastning och vinst kräver total underkastelse.
