Vi på Collected UF har blandat två av bästa världar, secondhand kläder och livemusik, på ett
nyskapande och kreativt sätt. Vi kommer erbjuda ett brett klädsortiment som passar alla
stilar samt en blandad musikgenre med allt från punk till jazz. Vi vill skapa rörelse i
Göteborg för unga att få ta del av hållbar konst.
Välkommen på konserter och aktiviteter under två dagar på Frilagret!
Via denna biljettlänk kan du köpa inträde för två dagar för 80 kr. Annars kostar det 50 kr i dörren per dag.

Den 13 januari:
Kl. 13:00 till 17:00 pågår en familjemarknad med andra UF företag som Rering UF, UF Necssity och Enertea UF. Vi kommer också att erbjuda ansiktsmålning. Detta kommer kombineras med en secondhand pop up store.

PRAKTISK INFORMATION
Frilagret är ett kulturhus vars innehåll skapas av unga i åldern 13–30 år och där alla är
välkomna, oavsett ålder. Lokalen är tillgänglig med ramp, breda dörrar, stor toalett och
hörselhjälp. Frilagret är helt alkohol- och drogfritt.
DU KAN KOMMA ATT FILMAS
Frilagret vill alltid att fler ska komma på våra arrangemang men även inspireras till att
arrangera själva. Därför filmar vi ofta vår verksamhet och publicerar det som innehåll på
sociala medier i olika former.
Det kan hända att du som besöker Frilagret syns i dessa publiceringar. Vill du inte det så
prata med Frilagrets personal på plats. Syns du på våra sociala medier men vill bli borttagen

I have not received my Collected Festival ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Collected Festival tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Collected Festival tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Collected Festival ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the Collected Festival waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
