Med synkad energi och humor har den här färska kvartetten gjort väsen om sig som en av de intressantaste grupperna inom ny jazz. Bland förebilderna finns Anderson Paak och de polska jazzlegendarerna Poluzjanci, men Kosmonauci angriper lika kaxigt såväl frijazz som hiphop och drum and bass. Undrens tid verkar inte vara förbi, när fyra gossar i träningsoverall spelar som om James Chance mötte gangsterfunk, i en polsk småstad.

With synchronised energies and humour, this fresh quartet has made a name for itself as one of the most interesting groups in new jazz. Their role models include Anderson Paak and Polish jazz legends Poluzjanci, but Kosmonauci attack free jazz, hip-hop and drum and bass with equal gusto. It appears that the age of miracle has not quite passed, when four lads in tracksuits play music as if James Chance met gangster funk, in a small Polish town.
