Varmt välkomna till Ciao Lolas pastaworkshop på AB Småland!
KVÄLLENS TEMA: SEMOLINAPASTA - pasta på durumvete!
Upplägg: (ca-tider)
19:00 Välkomnande och lite mingel med snacks.
19:15 Introduktion och förberedelse av deg.
19:45 Under tiden degen vilar bjuder Ciao Lola på lite italienska tilltugg.
20:15 Vi lär oss göra Orecchiette, Gnocchetti Sardi och Pici.
21:30 Avslut och ihoppackning - gästerna får med sig sin egen pasta och en passande sås från Ciao Lolas kök.
I priset ingår;
Pastaworkshop, alla råvaror, italienska tilltugg under tiden, egentillverkad pasta och Ciao Lola-pastasås.
Vi bjuder på kaffe och te. Ni får gärna ta med er vin eller annan alkoholhaltig dryck om ni önskar.
Ciao Lolas pastakurser är lättsamma och trevliga! Inga förkunskaper krävs och deltagarna kommer att lära sig grunderna kring de olika teman som erbjuds. Det kommer att ske öppna diskussioner kring mjöl, såser, ursprung, tips & tricks och ”italienska regler”. Men viktigast är också att ha härlig stund ihop, man kommer att lära känna nytt folk, skratta och njuta av gemenskapen kring mat och den italienska kulturen - CIAO LOLA STYLE!
Viktig information:
Vi håller hygienen under workshopen genom att tvätta händerna kontinuerligt och vi är respektfulla mot varandra med avstånd.
Ytor och redskap är desinfekterade och pastan som ni tillverkar kommer att kokas i 100-gradigt vatten.
