Häng med på en två timmars djupdykning inom Champagne och lär dig grunderna om en av världens mest kända och uppskattade drycker. Champagneskolan är mer än bara en provning. Hos oss på Vinkällaren Karlberg får du lära dig "logiken" bakom drycken; hur klimat, växtplats, druvsort, smak och pris hänger ihop. Allt för att du ska få de verktyg du behöver för att bekvämt kunna hitta din nästa favoritchampagne!
Provningen innehåller ett teoretiskt avsnitt samt diskussion och provning av sex utvalda champagner från olika hus i varierande stil. Tidsåtgång ca 2 tim. Provningen börjar kl 19.
Vi inleder med ett glas mousserande och lättare tilltugg.
