Tre av Sveriges bästa jazzmusiker möter göteborgs mest egensinniga röst.
Henrik Wallgren var under 1990-talet frontman och sångare i ORO och var även ett tag sångar i Den Fule. Wallgren har samarbetat med Stefan Sporsén och bland annat skrivit musiken till skräckoperan Frankenstein på Göteborgs Stadsteater med premiär 1992 och till musikalen Pearl Harbor för Riksteatern med premiär 2013.
Han har även varit Sommarvärd i P1.
Wallgren är upphovsmannen till projektet The Windwagon där han tillsammans med fem medresenärer seglade på en rullande träkärra genom Nevadaöknen. Resultatet av äventyret blev så småningom en fotobok och en dokumentär i SVT.
2013 debuterade Wallgren som författare med romanen ”Mannen under bron”.
Henrik Wallgrens kreativitet är otroligt mångfacetterad och minst sagt imponerande. På UtopiaJazz får vi höra honom i ett för publiken ganska nytt sammanhang uppbackad av några av Sveriges absolut främsta Jazzmusiker. Det som även är häpnadsväckande är denna samling helt fantastiska musiker är bosatta på Brännö!
