För endast 100 (+12.49) SEK får du snöra på dig träningsskorna och hänga med oss, Annicka, Linda och Annelie på höstens roligaste event i Båsenbergas alpina klubbstuga med omgivningar.
Vi startar dagen med Qi-gong, därefter blir det Tabata och sedan är det dags att ge sig ut i backen för att känna på backträning. Dagen avslutas med Yinyoga. Mellan aktiviteterna bjuds det på förfriskningar och snacks.
Under dagen kommer några lokala entreprenörer att visa upp sig, bl.a kommer Marita Zetterberg att massera trötta muskler.
Vi har 30 platser så skynda att boka. Aktiviteterna kräver inga förkunskaper.
