Livet består av både och. Både möjligheter och begränsningar. Rädsla – mod. Gemenskap – ensamhet. Glädje – sorg. Samtidigt behöver vi hantera att livet är ovisst och att mitt i allt försöka hitta en riktning som är grundad i oss själva. Under seminariet kommer vi tillsammans att utforska några av existensfilosofins perspektiv på livet. Vi låter oss utmanas och tar tid till reflektion.
Maria Lindquist jobbar som auktoriserad existentiell vägledare i Norrköping och under hösten 2023 släpptes hennes bok Filosofi för livskrisare. I sin egen verksamhet Nyfikna Samtal tar hon emot människor som upplever en livssituation som de själva inte reder ut eller som är intresserade av att utforska livets stora frågor. I sin lokal har hon även en konstateljé där gäster kan få genomföra praktiska övningar och få reflektera över bland annat kreativitet och prestation. I grunden för all verksamhet finns existensfilosofin.
