Välkomna till BLUES 'N' BBQ i ett samarbete mellan Norrtälje Bluessällskap och Hotell Roslagen. Tre bluesband med helt olika stilar bjuder på skön musik hela kvällen (lyssna nedan). För er som väljer att äta så erbjuder välrenommerade Kocken & Grisen i samarbete med Hotell Roslagen en specialkomponerad BBQ buffe, detta till det facila priset av 595 kr (bara musikbiljett 325 kr). Max 300 matbiljetter och 600 besökare. Välkomna!!
Insläpp 17:30 för matgäster, 20:00 för övriga.
- FREDRIK & PURITANERNA
Bandet leds av sångaren och låtskrivaren Fredrik Karlsson, också känd som Skanky Fred, och har sina rötter i Stockholm och Norrköping. Denna trio spelar mestadels sitt eget material och har skapat en egen stil. De har beskrivits som ”en explosiv urkraft med passionerade liveshower”.
- BLUE COMETS BIG BLUES
Blue Comets är ett erfaret gäng som varit med sedan 1997 och som spelat på scener och bluesfestivaler runt om i Sverige. Baserade i Norrtälje, spelar de sin egen blandning av blues, rhythm´n´blues, soul och rock´n´roll som brukar bli uppskattat var de än kommer. Denna kväll blir det något alldeles extra då de är förstärkta av en blåssektion, vilket ger extra tyngd och djup åt deras låttolkningar. Det är en rätt sällsynt företeelse att se Blue Comets med blås så missa inte detta!!
- THE FAMILY JUKEBOX
Detta band, med ursprung i Vallentuna, startade 2020 och har utvecklat en helt egen stil med lite oväntad instrumentuppsättning. Det finns inspirationer från olika håll, men tydligt med bluesen i grunden. Den kraftfulle sångaren Jon Eimre påminner ibland om såväl Son House som Tom Waits. Vi är mycket glada att ha dem här. Bered er på något speciellt.
