About Jivan
Jivan has dedicated her life to coming back to a place of presence and living from there.
This dedication has led her to study and work with Sagarpriya DeLong, the creator of the therapeutic methods Star Sapphire Male-Female Energywork and Psychic Massage.
In 2013 Jivan moved from her native country of Canada, to Stockholm, Sweden. Her work in Sweden since then has been giving individual sessions and groups in Family Constellations, Couples Therapy, Star Sapphire Male-Female Energywork, and Psychic Massage.
Exploring and teaching how to live from presence is one of her greatest joys.

I have not received my Better Relationships ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Better Relationships tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Better Relationships tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Better Relationships ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. Where do I find a link to an online event?
