Ben Kersley has been having a laugh in Sweden for almost twenty years and on October 17, he's back in Linköping.
Join Ben on his Slapdash Stand Tour Of Sweden with dates popping up here and there, in no real order and in the least expected of places including boats, garages and verandas.
Ben has worked with comedy in Sweden since 2008. In Stockholm he runs English language comedy club Laughing Stock and has also been the man behind LKPG HA HA! and The Linköping Comedy Festival.
Ben made the award winning stand up road movie ‘Big in Sweden’ which was shown on TV4 and wrote the SVT sitcom ‘Pitcher på paus’, both with Al Pitcher.
Ben has performed stand up all over Sweden and also in the UK, Finland, Denmark, Estonia and New York.
In 2021 Ben was awarded Lars Winnerbäck’s prestigious Nypon Prize
Ben also works as a writer, workshop leader and voiceover, although his career highlight was playing the part of The Honey Monster for The Jim Henson Company.
