Bella Leonette skapar genreöverskridande musik som bottnar i soul och rör sig mellan jazz, spoken word och R’n’B. 2022 släpptes den hyllade EP:n “BORT MEN HEM”, som handplockades av KULT och var det enda verket med fulltaliga betyget 10/10 i novemberupplagans “Albumen som fångat vår uppmärksamhet”.
“På BORT MEN HEM uppvisar Bella sitt varierande craftsmanship till det yttersta, inte bara som poet, men även som rappare och sångerska ../ det är så skarpt och välproducerat på alla fronter att det blir svårt att dissekera vilka element av denna EP som skulle kunna göras bättre. Resultatet är precis den typ av experimentation som förändrar landskapet kring text-driven soul, R&B och rap.”.
Under fjolåret följde hon upp senaste singeln ”OÄNDLIGA I VÄRLDEN” med Sverigeturnén ”The Endless Tour” och en vinst av Nöjesguidens Malmöpris i musik-kategorin. Bella Leonette utmärker sig på den svenska soul/jazz- och spoken word-scenen och under 2024 fortsätter den oändliga turnén med avstamp i bland annat Göteborg, Stockholm och Umeå - med en unik kväll på Brogatan i Malmö 27 april, där hon spelar osläppt material från sitt kommande projekt, exklusivt för fansen på hemmaplan.
