Varmt välkommen till Är han alltid lika glad?
”När Ivar var tre år fick han den sällsynta diagnosen Angelmans syndrom — en funktionsnedsättning som drabbar honom i tal, sömn, muskulatur, motorik, kognition och intellekt.
För att bearbeta de känslorna som följde med diagnosen började Ivars föräldrar dokumentera sitt liv tillsammans. Utan vidare tankar eller planer skapades Är han alltid lika glad? och under de följande sex åren publicerade Jens Bäckström bilder som Linn Wallo skrev texter till på Instagram-kontot @eurobild.
Det som från början var ett sätt att hantera och bearbeta något som kändes tungt och svårt utvecklades med tiden till en dokumentärserie som blottar en annorlunda vardag fylld av hopp, kärlek och älgar.”
