Varmt välkomna till Rollin Bistros Backyards årliga kräftskiva!
En festlig helkväll med mat, dryck och live musik och dj.
Lokalen är ett gammalt pannrum från 1930 och det osar historia i väggarna.
Här kan ni avnjuta en riktigt grym festkväll på långbord eller i mindre grupp med fantastisk mat och riktigt go stämning!
Biljetten ger er en all in kräft servering:
- Kräftcroquette
-Svenska signalkräftor & havskräftor
-Kantarelltoast med eldad havskräfta
-Västerbottenpaj
-Chicharron kräftdust
-Bröd, Smör, Ost

Vid bokning av biljett här kommer ni sedan kontaktas för att bekräfta vilken tid ni kommer.

Känn doften av nygrillat när du kliver in i Gamlestadens Fabrikers gamla pannrum.
Här hittar du vår Backyard, som låter lågorna flamma.
I restaurangen hittar du street food serverat i ett fint format med en lekfull touch i en avslappnad atmosfär.
Maten skapas utifrån kärlek, med noggrant utvalda råvaror som baseras på säsong – gärna också lokala och närproducerat.
Menyn består av färgglada rätter med mycket smak, som exempelvis saftiga smashburgare (Utnämnda till Göteborgs bästa ) BBQ.
Detta kombineras bäst med en kall lokal öl eller törstsläckande drink från cocktailbaren.
Cocktailmenyn är generös och innovativ, och vi håller ofta gin lite extra nära hjärtat.
Allt detta hittas i ett historiskt fabriksbygge från 1903.
Street food, cocktailbar och massa hängvänligt utrymme under ett och samma tak. Gillar du känslan av en saluhall eller att gå på matfestival, där Tokyo möter Berlin så är det hit du ska gå.

I have not received my All in Kräftskiva ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your All in Kräftskiva tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your All in Kräftskiva tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
