Efter den lovande, självbetitlade debuten från 2015 borde vi inte ha blivit förvånade. Men vi var ändå inte redo för den fulla kraften i uppföljaren Party som är den första skivan singer/songwritern Aldous Harding släpper via det legendariska skivbolaget 4AD, producerad av John Parish (PJ Harvey, Sparklehorse med flera). Tillsammans har de hittat den perfekta balansen mellan det avskalat enkla och det dramatiskt omskakande.
Albumet har belönats med betyget 4 av 5 i DN och hamnade på Bäst just nu-listan hos Kritiker.se. Även de internationella recensenterna föll för ”Party”. Mojo och Uncut är bara två av de magasin som under året har fått upp ögonen för Aldous Harding och hyllat henne med strålande betyg.
