aja monet är en Grammy-nominerad surrealistisk bluespoet. Född och uppvuxen i Brooklyn, NY, vann hon den legendariska Nuyorican Poets Cafe Grand Slam poesiutmärkelsen vid 19 års ålder och följer den långa traditionen av poeter som deltar i och samlas kring sociala rörelser. Hennes dikter har en egen dragningskraft. De är ett fundament som alla ting dras till, vägs mot och utspelas kring. Hennes verk rör sig ständigt mellan ursprung och resultat, vilket tillåter dem att existera i motsatsförhållanden. På hennes debutalbum "when the poems do what they do" får vi en glimt av hennes outtröttliga åtagande att tala. De tematiska ursprungen för detta album kretsar ibland kring svart motstånd, kärlek och den ihärdiga sökandet efter glädje. Låtarna genom hela albumet är insisterande och obevekliga, där vissa påminner om liveklubbens virtuositet och tumult medan andra fungerar som en helande balsam i Gilead, som rör sig likt en kallelse till förbön.

aja monet is a Grammy-nominated surrealist blues poet. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, she won the legendary Nuyorican Poets Cafe Grand Slam poetry award title at age 19 and follows in the long legacy and tradition of poets participating and assembling in social movements. Her poems are a work of gravity. They are a fundamental for which all things are attracted, considered upon and enacted towards. Her work moves, constantly, between origin and outcome, allowing them to exist in converse. On her debut album when the poems do what they do, we glimpse her indefatigable commitment to speak. Those thematic origins of this album at times center around Black resistance, love and the inexhaustible quest for joy. The songs throughout are insistent and unrelenting, with some reminiscent of live club virtuosity and melee while others act as a healing balm in gilead, moving like that of the call to intercessory prayer.

Kulturhuset Oceanen är en Q-märkt, kulturhistorisk byggnad vilket är en utmaning när det kommer till tillgänglighet. Vi gör vårt bästa för att så många som möjligt ska kunna besöka oss. Vid besök med rörelsehjälpmedel är ingången via entrén till scenen bäst anpassad. Denna nås genom Gathenhielmska trädgården. Ingången är låst, därför ber vi er att höra av er en dag innan ert besök och senast fredag 16:00 om ni ska besöka oss över helgen. Rullstolsanpassad toalett finns i scenlokalen. I have not received my aja monet ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your aja monet tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your aja monet tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
