Welcome to NOISIV; a collection of cultural innovation.
Summer 22 has brought us back to a pre-pandemic environment we usually beforehand encountered every sunny season. Blessed to be alive under the clear blue sky as the weather unites us day by day.
The day has come as NOISIV presents its first and official event; A NEW BEGINNING. Every awakening hour is an opportunity for a fresh start, where during the hours of our celebration is the moment of sound captivity from leading discjockeys: RANDYISKING, SHEERI and JOJOZ.
SAVE THE DATE, as the event will happen in August 5th (21pm - 03am) in COPACABANA. Come in your skin but beware to dress classy, if you desire to be apart of the experience. NO BUMBAG/FANNYPACK, NO (PEAKED) CAP, NO HOODIE, NO TRACKSUITS. WE WELCOME JEANS, CHINOS, T-SHIRT, SHIRT, (SUN)DRESS, EYEGLASSES, BUCKETHATS, TROUSERS. ONLY CLASSY FASHION. THE AGE LIMIT IS 21+.
Last but not least, may the warmth that soothe our minds and bodies reach the end for the year. No need for sadness. This is the beginning of our vision that will bring you noise.

I have not received my A New Beginning ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your A New Beginning tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your A New Beginning tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my A New Beginning ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the A New Beginning waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
