Bouchard Père et Fils är en av Bourgognes äldsta egendomar, grundat 1731 i Beaune av Michel Bouchard. Michel var en klädförsäljare från Grenoble som stannade till i Beaune där han köpte med sig ett vinfat för att sälja vidare under sin fortsatta resa. När han märkte hur stor efterfrågan var återvände han till Bourgogne tillsammans med sin son Joseph för att satsa på vin istället för kläder och resten är, som man brukar säga, historia - där det första vinfatet med århundradena kom att bli en av Bourgognes största och mest visionära egendomar. Idag befinner sig Bouchard Père et Fils i sitt fjärde århundrade – mitt uppe i en spännande tid med stora förändringar för denna viktiga Bourgogneegendom där fokus ligger på premier och grand cru.
Denna afton sätter vi oss till bords med Victor Pepin från Domaine Bouchard på ett av Sveriges lyxigaste hotell. Tillsammans njuter vi av en specialkomponerad meny med fyra serveringar signerad Ett Hem – perfekt matchad med Domaine Bouchards utsökta Bourgogne-viner. En afton vi sent ska glömma!
