Välkommen till en inspirerande och informativ föreläsning med Ingmar Skoog, legitimerad läkare, professor i psykiatri och en framstående expert på åldrande.
Ingmar Skoog har med sin gedigna kunskap och erfarenhet skrivit den uppmärksammade boken "70 är det nya 50". Boken bygger på resultat från den stora och pågående befolkningsstudien H70, som ger forskare möjlighet att jämföra olika generationer av 70-åringar med varandra.
Studien visar att äldre aldrig varit yngre än de är nu. Dagens 70-åringar är i genomsnitt fysiskt starkare, smartare och lever ett mer aktivt liv än tidigare generationer. Att vara 70 år idag är jämförbart med hur man levde när man var 50 förr i tiden.
Under föreläsningen kommer Ingmar Skoog även att dela med sig av flera råd för den som vill öka sina chanser till ett långt, friskt och tillfredsställande liv. Han betonar vikten av att vara lagom och att njuta av livet.
