Bourgognes finstämt enastående viner gör sig nog allra bäst tillsammans med en riktigt välkomponerad meny, och denna kväll bjuder Restaurang Djuret och Grégory Patriat upp till en vällustig dans. Att lyssna på Grégory är alltid en ynnest - denna självlärda vinmakare är tränad på mytiska Domaine Leroy och har en filosofi som inspirerar och berör. Under middagen provar vi ett urval av Bourgognes mest spännande appellationer i såväl nya som äldre årgångar.
