Vi inleder denna New Orleanskväll med ett musikquiz som bandet leder och varvar med olika liveframträdanden, papper och penna ligger framme. Till detta bjuder även restaurangen på en het mustig soppa för dem som vill. Till andra set är vidare fullt ställ och dansskorna på.
