"Schlätta burgers startades hemma i köket på Stora Backgården i Öm där Peter och Lillsan Ljung bor. Tesammans med sonen Arvid Ljung och hans sambo Lina Persson smiddes planera om en food truck med lokala råvaror som sulle rulla runt i Skarabôrg för att servera smarriga burgare till glaa Västgötar."
