During this weekend we invite you to slowly and softly rise up from the cold and dark that we have been immersed in. This is a weekend to connect to our life force, ignite our turn on, connect to our inspiration, and to plant seeds in the fertile grounds of spring.

This retreat invites your remembrance of coming together in sisterhood, moving through whatever might be weighing you down, or standing in the way for you to expand into your full power, pleasure and deepest love for yourself, your body and your sexuality.

Let yourself be guided through Tantric and Daoist practices where we release blockages, fears, and any emotions that are stored in your body. Through the practices we will softly shake off and shed the layers of winter, to allow new parts of you to blossom this spring and summer.

You will be guided to reconnect with all parts of your body and to your body's wisdom, including your pussy, your breasts, your mind.

We will then guide you through exercises and rituals to call in deeper pleasure, expansion, ecstasy, power and flow into your body and into your life.

The retreat takes place at Atélje Lighthub in the beautiful surroundings of Ytterjärna south of Stockholm. You can get here by public transportation (1,5 hrs approx) from Stockholm or by car (45 mins). We will eat lunch together at the amazing Kulturhuset i Järna which offers delicious food made from organic and local produce.

Arrival Friday 18-19

Retreat starts 19:00 on Friday the 22nd and ends on Sunday 16:00.

There are two overnight options you can book through us if you want to stay the night in YtterJärna at a nearby hostel. We highly recommend staying the night as there will be late sessions on Friday and Saturday, finishing around 22.00.

Regular price: 4200 SEK + service fee

This includes lunch and a lighter evening meal on Friday & Saturday, as well as tea and snacks. Housing options are separate from the retreat price.

You can add sheets and towels to your booking as well as an Organic luxury breakfast on locally produced delicacies at Ytterjärna Hotel.

There is also the possibility to bring your own breakfast and prepare it in the hostel kitchen.
