Svartidauði anses av många som förfäderna inom Isländsk black metal och bildades redan 2002. Senaste skivan ”Revelations of the red sword” kom i december 2018 och innehåller sex spår av hypnotiska och melodiska riff som greppar tag om lyssnaren från första minuten. Det är explosiva låtar som vävs ihop till ett vackert mörker.
Sinmara: ca kl 21.15
Sinmara bildades som Chao 2008 och bytte 2013 namn till Sinmara. Bandet har släppt två stycken fullängdare varav den senaste ”Hvisl starnanna” (Ván Records) kom den 8e mars i år. Skivan är en naturlig utveckling av den första skivan ”Aphotic womb” som släppte 2014. Det är black metal som måste höras och upplevas.
Malakhim: ca kl 20.00
Malakhim bildades i Umeå 2015 och har sedan starten spelat black metal för att hylla mörkrets krafter. Under 2015/2016 skrevs en demo som först släpptes på kassett under 2017 och därefter på CD & LP via Iron Bonehead Productions. EP II släpptes 8 mars i år och i samband med detta gjorde bandet sitt debutgig på House of Metal.
