Kim is involved in multiple projects for her own companies within business development with focus on online marketing, online strategy and as an Online expert and consultant. Madeleine Harju - Background in HR, but has been working in the IT industry for five years with a focus on attracting and recruiting IT competence. Used to work for STING, helping startups recruit and advising them how to build teams. Prior to that, Madeleine was a consultant and worked with various companies helping them to recruit and attract talent. Now she's working towards bigger companies as a competence developer/business developer, and is a co-founder of Kidz Academy, programming camps for kids.
