Pleasure Awakening is a serie of 4 events on Fridays, every second Friday it's starting at 8pm and every second it's starting at 7pm. All with a different theme every time, which will be:

22 jan, 8pm: Who is running the show?

What you’ll learn from this class:

• Reconnect with lost parts of your selves that you’ve been shut down
• How to release conditioning from the past about how you should behave as a woman, what you should look, feel or be like.
• Deeper understanding around you’re behaviors and ideas around sex, intimacy and relationships and how to create a new sex narrative that is aligned with what you desire
• To recognize when a part of you (often your inner child) is running the show in your sex-life and your relationships in a way that is not serving you and how to give this part what it needs so that you can access more pleasure and connection in your life

29 feb, 7pm: Emotional Empowerment

What you’ll learn from this class:

• You will learn how you can stay and feel and express different emotions inside of your body instead of being overwhelmed by them or avoiding them.
• Learn how to let challenging emotions like anger, fear and disgust co-exist with your pleasure and sexual energy and flow through your body as you’re making love.
• How to have sex as an active form of meditation where everything that comes alive is included.

5 feb, 8pm: Orgasmic Pleasure

What you’ll learn from this class:

• Different pleasure- and self love practices that will increase you capacity to hold and expand your pleasure and supports you to feel orgasmic states that will blow your mind.
• How to spark your desire and activate your internal glow that will connect you more deeply to yourself, your partner and the world around you
• Different ways you can awake and experience pleasure in your body and in your daily life.
• Holistic Sex Tools.

19 feb, 7pm: Manifesting what you desire & Celebration

This last class is very powerful and for in order for it to be a safe & sacred space, no drop-ins are available at this class. 

What you’ll learn from this class:

• How to manifest what you desire through a beautiful and powerful Sex Magic Ritual.
• A deeper understanding in what you truly desire in your life.
• How to fully step into the power from your pleasure and how to cultivate and use your sexual energy to create and manifest what you truly desire, whether it’s your dream job, your dream partner or some other of your wildest visions and projects.
• How to keep this empowered and focused connection to your pleasure and desires alive, also after this program.

In Pleasure Awakening, you get to deepen your connection to the power and endless capacity of pleasure that always lives within you. Through a ritual space with powerful dance, deep meditation and juicy pleasure practices, you get to tune in, turn on and awaken the most powerful part of you. You’ll learn how to integrate things like numbness, fear, shame and guilt and how to transform them into deeper connection and love.

We’ll do this in a loving community of sisters, where we all support each other to rise to our highest potential. Women learn from women and just as judgment and shame can spread like a virus, so can self-confidence, power and trust. So invite your girlfriends, your mothers, your aunts, your coworkers, your sisters, your neighbor, that woman you met on the subway and join this Pleasure Awakening Sisterhood!

Who am I who is holding your back through this program?

My name is Sanna Norrvidd and I work as a Somatic Sex & Relationship Coach. I hold sessions for individuals and couples who experience challenges, fear and trauma around sex, love and relationships. My work is based on a powerful combination of different tools like pleasure practices, breath work, inner child work, family dynamic processes and holistic sex tools. I combine neuroscience and modern coaching with ancient teachings of Tantra and Taoism.
