Kungens Män startade i Stockholm 2012, när ett gäng vänner bestämde sig för att ta med sina instrument när de umgicks. Träffarna blev mer och mer regelbundna och snart började Kungens Män spela in samtliga sammanträden. Både på skiva och live improviserar Kungens Män fram sina låtar, som komponeras i stunden. Kungens Mäns rötter finns i den fria psykedeliska musiktraditionen med föregångare som svenska Träd, Gräs & Stenar och tyska Can, med massor av influenser från övrig krautrock, shoegaze, noiserock, modaljazz och frijazz.
Första albumet "Förnekaren" gavs ut av det tyska skivbolaget Adansonia Records 2015 och sedan dess har de släppt sju album till, både på Adansonia och på brittiska bolag som Riot Season och Cardinal Fuzz. 5LP-boxen "Innanför boxen" (Cardinal Fuzz/Adansonia) släpptes i februari 2021. 2022 släpper Kungens Män sitt första album på eget bolag: "Kungens Ljud & Bild". Albumet ges samtidigt ut i USA av Centripetal Force Records.
Kungens Män har turnerat framförallt i Europa och Storbritannien. I april 2022 spelar de på Roadburn Festival i Tilburg, Nederländerna. I maj 2022 ger de sig ut på en kortare tur tillsammans med danska Mythic Sunship:

Mythic Sunship är ett band från Köpenhamn som spelar improviserad rock i långt format. Också Mythic Sunship hämtar inspiration från frijazz, japansk rock, krautock, spacerock och stonerrock. Mythic Sunship har hyllats för sina liveframträdanden tillsammans med Moon Duo, Träd Gräs och Stenar, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard och Causa Sui. Med sina fyra kritikerrosade skivor på El Paraíso Records, har bandet varit en stöttepelare i den experimentella scenen i Köpenhamn samtidigt som de vunnit internationellt erkännande för sin unika instrumental musik.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
