A Choir of Ghosts är James Auger som bosatt sig i Ramsele utanför Sollefteå. Där i norra Sveriges djupa skogar skapar han en slags alt-country/spökamerikana som kan beskrivas som en unik tolkning av den amerikanska folkmusiktraditionen. Nu kommer A Choir of Ghosts till Jazzkökets scen!
James har sysslat med musik på olika vis sedan han var 11 år gammal och växte upp i Port Mulgrave i England. Men det är i det Ångermanländska inlandet han har funnit ro att skapa den musik han alltid har sökt efter. Just nu skriver han på sitt debutalbum som kommer att släppas senare i år.
2017 var året då det började ta fart för A Choir of Ghosts. Singeln ”Ester” blev en viral hit och nådde snabbt nästan 200 000 streams på Spotify. Efter två europaturnéer och ännu några singlar så har ännu en hit hunnit släppas, ”Morning Light” som i skrivande stund har över 700 000 spotifystreams. Imponerande siffror för en artist som inte har någon draghjälp med PR eller ens har släppt sitt debutalbum ännu.
Även om James Auger är frontperson för A Choir of Ghosts så är det ett band med rutinerade musiker från bland andra bandet Pershagen.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
