De svensk-ryska kontakterna har sedan annekteringen av Krim i februari 2014 trappats ned och oftast hållits på vad som betraktas som lägre nivå. Rysslands ambassadör Tatarintsev har uttalat sig kritiskt om detta förhållande, och berömt Finland som upprätthållit finsk-ryska kontakter på högre nivå. Dock har statsminister Stefan Löfven träffat och samtalat med president Vladimir Putin, och utrikesminister Margot Wallström mött sin ryska motsvarighet, Sergei Lavrov.
Inom svenska civilsamhället har det tagits fram en rapport, ”Grannlaga” av bl.a. Lars Ingelstam, som är en kartläggning av svensk-ryska kontakter och samarbete. Rapporten noterar mindre samarbete och anslag för myndigheters och civilsamhällets ömsesidiga kontakter, och att svenskars kunskaper om Ryssland knappast förbättrats efter upplösningen av Sovjetunionen.
Ambassadör Tatarintsev kommer under seminariet att presentera sin syn på dessa frågor.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
