HOLY! Aliaset tillhörande umeåsonen Hannes Ferm har vi tidigare främst förknippat med ständigt utforskande musik i närheten av det psykedeliska. Med nya HOLY-albumet Ryder, som släpps 28 februari, kan vi vänta någonting helt annat. Vad? En synthpopskiva. Tillkommen i tätt samarbete med Jacob Haage, vars diskografi bland annat rymmer en av Ferms favoritskivor – Kokoro av El Perro Del Mar. Släppet följs av en miniturne som innefattar följande datum: Slaktkyrkan i Stockholm 28 februari, Plan B i Malmö 13 mars och Oceanen i Göteborg 14 mars.
Nu finns det saker som förenar Ryder med dess föregångare, 2018 års All These Worlds Are Yours. Kvar är Ferms melodikänsla, nyfikenhet och ovilja att stagnera. ”Jag tänkte på vad det skulle innebära att göra saker så annorlunda som möjligt den här gången”, säger Ferm. ”Och det föreföll som att svaret låg i att samarbeta så mycket som möjligt, och i att försöka omfamna ett mer konventionellt popformat utan att för den skull rucka på integriteten.”

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
