Anmälan sker enligt principen "först till kvarn".
Anmälningsavgift 2020 Herr- och Damlag - 3 500 kr/lag.
Vid anmälan av både dam och herrlag från samma förening lämnas en rabatt på 500 kr.*
Anmälningsavgift 2020 Old Boys - 1 000 kr/lag.
I första hand endast 1 lag per förening. Endast 4 platser och genomförs endast om alla dessa är tillsatta.
Anmälningsavgifter faktureras efter anmälan och ska betalas senast 31 januari. Vid utebliven betalning riskeras uteslutning och platsen tilldelas nästkommande lag på reservlista.
En plats reserveras under tiden anmälan pågår. Är det fullt så försök igen senare i det fall en anmälare avbryter sin anmälan. Anmäl ert lag till reservlista vid fullsatt turnering. I det fall ett anmält lag avanmäler sig tillfaller platsen i turordning till lag anmälda till reservlagslistan.
*Endast 1 lag från samma förening tillåts i respektive klass. Ett andra lag i samma klass tillåts endast om inte turneringen är fullsatt samt alla övriga lag från reservlista tackat nej. Önskar er förening två lag i samma klass (dam el. herr) anmäl i så fall lag två till reservlistan. Rabatt för lag 2 från samma förening gäller endast för lag i herr och damturnering, ej Old Boys eller ett andra lag i samma klass.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
