”Vi lever i en tid av plötsligt. Den tekniska utvecklingen går exponentiellt och från sidan kliver nya typer av konkurrenter in och utmanar bransch efter bransch. Ofta när vi minst anar det. En ketchupeffekt som knappast visar någon respekt för befintliga affärsmodeller och sätt att jobba.”
Judith är entreprenör, digital strateg och författare. Hon har arbetat med internet och digitala frågor sedan 2005 och har lång erfarenhet av digitalt förändringsarbete i näringslivet. Judith har grundat och varit VD för den tongivande digitala kommunikationsbyrån For Sure och varit nyckelperson i två svenska valrörelser. Hon har även ansvarat för den digitala utbildningen på Berghs School of Communication och hon medverkar löpande i media som digital expert.
Efter Judiths föreläsning finns tid för frågor och diskussioner och därefter ingår gemensam lunch på restaurang Lokal 17.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
