Algorithmic expressions can be about the joy of creating the unexpected, but it can also be a necessary mindset for developing design systems that are adaptive and can evolve over time. We find this emerging skillset in the intersection between programming and creativity. In this workshop you’ll hear Marie and Emil explain how it works and why it’s needed. You’ll get to explore algorithmic content creation hands on.
Coming from a design background, Marie is a Design Technologist focused on prototyping and UX design. She has been working with everything from web design to experimental, smell-based VR game projects.
Emil is a Design Technologist with a background in computer science and graphics programming. He has a long history of working with design in innovation and production contexts. He’s responsible for developing the Design Technologist practice at Topp.
Note that this session has limited seats. The registration will open on Sept 5th. Everyone who’s bought a ticket will be noticed about it.
