Exploring and observing our becoming

The lecture combines theory and practice by exploring personal development and ending with a practical exercise of self-observation, the first tool used when we start our development process.

We will attempt to present concepts from psychology in simple terms, to non specialists, in such a way that anybody can understand and use this knowledge to find for themselves the necessary means for self improvement.

The innovative aspect of this lecture is that it presents personal development as a psychological inner work as described in psychology, mythology, philosophy, arts, literature. We will explore how we can apply this knowledge in our everyday life.

We all contribute to and create the world in which we live. This lecture is an attempt to remind us that we have to take responsibility for our own identity, to realise how we influence the world around us and how our development changes the world around us. We have to become aware that life is a choice, happiness is a choice, and always with choice comes freedom. Every moment we have the freedom to decide who we want to be and how we want to live.

Join us if you want to be the creator of your own life.
