Description
De Geerkvartetten gästar Kultur i Yngarebygden för en konsert i Björkviks kyrka. Dessa fyra eminenta musiker bjuder ett program med musik av Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Wilhelm Stenhammar och Elfrida Andrée.

Nina Söderberg är född i Norrköping och studerade vid Högskolan för Scen och Musik i Göteborg för Marja Inkinen, tog därefter ett Performance Diploma från Oberlin College Conservatory of Music i Oberlin, Ohio, U.S.A. för Prof. Milan Vitek, samt en Master of Music från Edsberg, Kungliga Musikhögskolan i Stockholm för Per Enoksson. Nina spelar även barock fiol och viola och kom till Norrköpings symfoniorkester 2016.
Nanako Akai studerade på Tokyo University of Arts. Därefter följde studier i Tyskland. Nanako frilansade i olika orkestrar innan hon 1997 flyttade till Sverige och spelade i Svenska Kammarorkestern. Sedan 1999 jobbar hon i Norrköpings Symfoniorkester.
Mikaela Grönberg studerade cello vid Royal College of Music i London. Hon har gett soloframträdanden runt om i Europa, och som kammarmusiker framträtt på olika festivaler. Mikaela är cellopedagog på Kulturskolan i Norrköping samtidigt som hon frilansar i flera av Sveriges orkestrar.
Carl Pontèn tog sin Bachelor i piano i Italien. Därefter följde studier vid Mozarteum i Salzburg och Trieste. Han har bl.a. gjort turné med David Oistrakh Quartet i Ryssland och framträder regelbundet med musiker som Dmitri Ashkenazy, Eteri Gvazava, Fedor Belugin, Jeremy Carpenter och Bernt Lysell.
