FOR THE WORKSHOP IN COPENHAGEN SEPTEMBER 8: www.breema.info/cph
Become familiar with the tools Breema offers us that we can use in every aspect of life to be more grounded, refreshed, and nurtured.
Breema offers a practical, down-to-earth way of raising our level of consciousness. The natural movements combined with a nonjudgmental approach introduce us to a unique quality of touch that is a direct expression of being present. When we are present, we enjoy a more open-hearted and balanced relation with ourselves, others and all life.
The aim of Breema is to bring us to a tangible experience of presence that becomes our foundation for a new dimension of health, consciousness, and self-understanding. Breema’s Principles are universal, and support us to bring our body and mind together to experience life, moment by moment.
In this workshop you will learn Self-Breema exercises and to give a full Breema bodywork session. We will also look deeper into how to use the 9 Principles of Harmony in everyday life.
