ÅRE BIKE FESTIVAL ÄR TILLBAKA!
2021 års Åre Bike Festival 7-11 juli kommer att bli bättre än någonsin! Samtliga våra tävlingar, grupp cyklingar och clinics kommer att arrangeras säkert och följa FHMs Covid-19 regler och rekommendationer. Större publika evenemang under festivalen kommer inte att genomföras.
NOTERA att från 7 juli, så säljs endast festivalpass på Expo området Åre Torg. Välkomna!
DELTAGARPASS
För cyklisten som verkligen vill ha full access till Åre Bike Festival och vara med på alla tävlingar, clinics och happenings – Då är det DELTAGARPASSET som gäller! ÅRE BIKE FESTIVAL DELTAGARPASS innebär att du kan signa upp för alla events och samtliga clinics. För tävlande i ÅRE ENDURO så erbjuder vi ett rabatterat pris på Deltagarpasset (uppvisande av enduroanmälan nödvändig vid upphämtande av festivalpass). Se "Deltagarpass Enduro" nedan.
BESÖKARPASS
Vill du cykla i din egen takt men samtidigt ta del av alla härliga sociala happenings under Åre Bike Festival? Ja, då är BESÖKARPASSET något för dig! Med ÅRE BIKE FESTIVAL BESÖKARPASS så får the inträde till alla happenings och och publika events.
FAMILJEPASS
ÅRE BIKE FESTIVAL FAMILJEPASS är passet för den aktiva familjen på två hjul som vill ha full access till festivalen. Familjepasset gäller för 2 vuxna samt 2 barn mellan 7-17 år.
VIP-PASS
För dig som verkligen vill ha full access till Åre Bike Festival och vara med på alla tävlingar, clinics och happenings men som vill uppleva festivalen med guldkant – kör på VIP-PASSET! Begränsad tillgång som ger dig allt från reserverade sittplatser på Åre Video Challenge till förtur på midnattscyklingen.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
