Den psykiska ohälsan är hög och stressrelaterade diagnoser är den vanligaste orsaken till nya sjukskrivningar idag. Vad är det som gör att vi inte mår bra trots goda förutsättningar? Kan vi förändra samhället och vart är vi på väg om vi inte gör det?
De flesta människor bär i perioder på ett mörker men ofta döljer vi det. Vad skulle hända om vi vågade se och prata mer om vårt eget och varandras mörker?

Medverkande:
Ullakarin Nyberg, psykiater och en av Sveriges främsta experter inom suicidområdet. Ullakarin arbetar inom Norra Stockholms psykiatri, hon forskar, föreläser och skriver böcker i ämnet.
Marit Sahlström, författare, pedagog och föreläsare med fokus på unga i riskzonen för utanförskap. Hennes aktuella roman Skred handlar om att försöka räcka till men istället tappa greppet om sig själv och livet. 2015 debuterade hon med den kritikerrosade Och runt mig faller världen som är en försonande och berörande bok om vad som händer när den värsta sorgen drabbar oss.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
