Jenny Nordenborg has spent her entire career in the games industry, and is now running Neat Corp, making VR games. She has worked through art, design, code and management, and seen many different sides of the games industry..

A few passionate people and companies in Stockholm invite anyone who is interested in finding ways to double the number of women in the games industry to a breakfast that aims to examine different factors that point to the positive effect women have on the tech industry and why diversity is such a vital element in the workplace.

The games industry should act as a role model for the entire tech industry. With our interactive medium we reach millions of people, and if our creative business can succeed, anyone can!

Recruiting and retaining women are the two main topics, and the focus is on solutions and methods that individuals and companies alike can work with. Help us build the role models, removing hostile work environments, and suggest actions that we would like to see in this industry.
