Welcome into our sister circle.

Each month we tune into the new moon and full moon phase through sharing, meditation, reflection and movement.

Together we create a safe space where we can share and support each other in our challenges and celebrations.

We meet on Sunday 29/11, 13/12 & 27/12 from 5-7pm at Hälsans Hus in Lund, Sweden and online through Zoom.

The circle is open for you who identifies as a woman, trans, queer or non binary.

COVID

We will keep distance during all exercises and encourage everyone to wash their hands before entering the room.

We encourage you to be self responsible when you choose to join this circle and tune into what feels safe for you.

Stay at home if you have any symptoms or have been in contact with someone who does / is sick, your ticket is valid to use online instead or at any of my other circles within the next 3 months.

Please think about if you are in contact with anyone in a risk group and consider joining online instead of you are.

With the new restrictions in Sweden we have limited spaces to only 7 in the circle in Lund, therefore you can now join us through Zoom as well.

JOINING ONLINE

When you buy an online ticket you’ll be sent the link to the zoom meeting room for the circle.

Before the circle starts you’ll need to install zoom (a free app) to your phone or computer and then just click the link a few minutes before we start.

If you join online you have the option to participate together with a friend or use your journal to reflect during the partnered reflection exercises.

Other than that you’ll be able to participate in the whole circle and all exercises.

You need a quiet space where you can be undisturbed for the entire duration of the circle and a good internet connection.
