Family Constellations: saying yes to life

This workshop is designed to look more deeply at a part of life that we often set aside or misunderstand: the effect our family of origin has on our life today.

Through guided meditations, experiential exercises and individual Family Constellations, we will discover that our seemingly personal painful feelings of depression, worry, anxiety and exhaustion are not only natural outcomes to our upbringing but also closely linked to a bigger scheme of events that happened to parents, grandparents and even great grand-parents.The links we have to our family of origin affects every aspect of our life including relationship, work and mental and physical health.

Family Constellations is a profound group therapy method that helps us move forward into our own lives, lovingly leaving behind any entanglements we have from our family while keeping the numerous gifts they have given us.During the Family Constellations workshop in Stockholm, will get insights on practical ways we can include new movements into our lives today.

The invitation of Family Constellations is always to move into something bigger, more in tune with life, a universal consciousness where our true creativity, belonging and aliveness lives.

About Jivan
Jivan has dedicated her life to coming back to a place of presence and living from there.
In 2013 Jivan moved from her native country of Canada, to Stockholm, Sweden. Her work in Sweden since then has been giving individual sessions and groups in Family Constellations, Couples Therapy, Star Sapphire Male-Female Energywork, and Psychic Massage.
Exploring and teaching how to live from presence is one of her greatest joys.
