Luisa is a Software Engineer with a very unique skills set. She works as a Tech Lead in a SaaS company in Malmö, and holds certifications as Encouragement Consultant, Empowering People in the Workplace facilitator, and Positive Discipline Parent educator.

This unique blend of technical skills and interpersonal development expertise makes her a versatile professional capable of driving both technological innovation and human-centered organizational growth.
