Together we undergo a transformational process of becoming One with reality, with our bodies, with our minds. To be totally at peace with life. To be free from pain. And most of all - to be free of our own judgments, criticism and fears.

To make this session even more profound and transformational, we will include elements of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), literally tapping on meridian points in the body to support it in letting go, calming the stress response and nourishing the body.
