What Nordic Heroes will do is:

1. Invite key people within some need areas that we have identified to a one day seminar in Copenhagen the 18th of November. These are the 3 current areas we have identified: Angel + startup matchmaking (investment), Getting the right talent to the nordics + using our existing talent (Recruitment) and access to market/customers (Growth).
   
2. Hold a seminar with these key people in Copenhagen the 18th of November to create CONCRETE ideas, projects and actions, and designate who's responsible for each project.
   
3. The initiatives and projects are then spread, with the right people, back to their home countries relevant journalists and media.
   
   The outcome:

1-2 concrete pilot projects within each need area (approx. 3-8 in total).

A clear opt-in from you to do this, and if there's any commitment to support the pilot projects.

Why Nordic Heroes?

The Nordic countries are known to produce some of the most innovative and creative people in the industry. However, we are not connecting to each other in a way that could benefit all of the Nordic countries as a whole community. The Nordics has a potential to be the environment where startups could grow and flourish.

Nordic heroes is an independent initiative with the goal to generate pilots projects, potential solutions, and opt-ins from each participating country/city, that will create value for the entrepreneurs of the Nordic region
