Birds ov Paradise
Birds ov Paradise is an electronic music project by David Sabel, a sound artist and musician from Gothenburg, Sweden.
Apart from a passion for making sound installations and building experimental instruments, he also plays bass with Anna von Hausswolff and composes music for contemporary dance installations and theatre.
As Birds ov Paradise he’s part of the Hypnus records family with additional releases on Aniara Records, Jens Records, Konstrukt and Manjumasi.
He’s currently working on his first full-length album.

Alex Sharp Cole
Alex Sharp Cole pushes boundaries and conventions combining musical performance with different art forms, using himself and actors in his music, films, live theatre and performance art.In his academic work, Alex Sharp Cole has been developing methods of "teaching creativity," exploring this possibility... as a guide and mentor for others in finding the source of their own, artistic voice. He has an masters in music from the University of Göteborg and he has taught at the California Institute of the Arts where he developed his own course.He founded Sounds On Purpose, a non-profit arts organisation in Gothenburg, Sweden, and the record label, "Personal Recordings of Sweden which provides singer-songwriters and sound artists with creative production and mastering services.He is an independent filmmaker and received his bachelors degree in art with an emphasis on filmmaking at the University of Colorado, Boulder.He is an art activist with the belief that music and art can make the world a better place; he was put in charge of creating a summer music program at a refugee center (for teenagers) in Sweden in 2016, and earlier he has been a part of public projects elsewhere, including working with at-risk youth in Los Angeles to create their own play which debut at the Red Cat Theatre in west Hollywood.He has three albums of music and sound art to his name, numerous singles and a catalogue of unreleased material from popular music to original compositions he has written for classical musicians. He studied piano growing up in the Suzuki method which emphasises playing by ear and memorisation. He is a multi-instrumentalist and also plays guitar but considers his voice his main instrument.He has been a singer in several rock bands, most recently The Electric in Gothenburg, Sweden, and he continues performing as a singer-songwriter in addition to his solo art performances which have garnered a reputation for uniqueness and for being able to pull in new audiences, outside the more usual culture audience.His work has been featured in the periodical, Boulder Weekly, for his sound art installation and recorded album which debut in San Francisco. At the California Institute of the Arts he received training and worked with sound design for alternative productions of Shakespere, and wrote his own experimental theatre pieces which were well-received.He has composed film scores and done sound design for film work (see IMDB page fore film credits) and studied acting from an early age. He is known for performing in his own work. He is known for his rapport with actors.He has been asked by various institutions to give presentations to groups of teachers about alternative methods of teaching music improvisation. The ability to improvise musically makes it possible for even musicians from very different cultural and musical backgrounds to play music together. Increasingly, the value of this has been realised.

Stephanie Irvine
Inspired by Celtic music traditions, Stephanie Irvine brings us mysterious ballads, sparky harp tunes and her own compositions. She puts storytelling in focus, using Scottish harp and voice to create landscapes that beckon us in. Originally from Scotland, she moved to Sweden in 2019 to study World Music in Gothenburg.

Frida Wallin
Swedish singer/songwriter Frida Wallin started her musical journey in London where she quickly built up a name within the singer/songwriter scene. Frida has a unique presence on stage and is not afraid of being vulnerable in front of her audience. Taking inspiration from artist such as Paolo Nutini and LÉON Frida invites the listener on a journey including honset lyrics and soothing melodies coming together in a peaceful acoustic sound.
She writes all music and lyrics by herself and write songs in both Swedish and English. Frida has a long and impressive list of places where she has performed over the years including Sveriges radio P4 and Glastonbury festival. With thoughtful lyrics and a breathtaking voice Frida creates a beautiful mix of folk, country and soft pop letting her interesting melodies lead the way

Zabutom
Zabutom is a Swedish electronic music producer that has developed his own eclectic brand of music across the last two decades. It can be described as having a clear focus on melodies and harmony, while taking influences from video game music and a wide variety of genres. He performs just as well using just the raw sounds of a couple of gameboys, as with the sounds of electronica, breakbeats and ambient soundscapes.

He has his roots in the chip music scene where he is widely acclaimed as one of the key influential figures, having performed live internationally since 2004, released music on labels such as Data Airlines and 8bitpeoples and produced music for a myriad of demoscene productions.

White Trash Black Magic
Med omnichord, reverb-dränkta synthar och skimrande vocals bygger White Trash Black Magic upp sin lo-fi drömpop, där mjuka melodier blandas med improviserad ambience. Projektet består av Göteborgsbaserade Terese Thulin. 2016 släppte hon singeln ”Sand Castles” på egna labeln DREAM-O-RAMA.

”Terese Thulin kommer i sinom tid ha hela klaner av skivbolagsfolk utanför fönstret, skrikandes som uppjagade börshajar. Så säger samtiden. Sångerskans drömpoppiga projekt White Trash Black Magic har nämligen en skapelseberättelse som är lika omöjlig som oemotståndlig.”

Jacques Labouchere
Gothenburg based, Swedish-American, Jacques Labouchere, once signed to UK label Popjinx (a subsidiary of Lojinx Records), continues to release his music independently and has done so since the release of his 2nd album “Bipolar Baby Strollers” released nearly 12 years to the date. Over the course of 15 years, Jacques has released 4 full length albums, numerous singles, and toured throughout the US and EU. His most recent overseas adventure was his appearance at the internationally renowned folk music festival, Folk Alliance International, in Kansas City, Missouri for which he received a grant from Konstnärsnämden to make the journey there. He was welcomed to perform there in a room hosted by fellow songwriter Brad Lauretti, aka This Frontier Needs Heroes, for The Stetson Kennedy Foundation.

Jacques Labouchere has opened for acts such as Arlo Guthrie, Quilt (members of Woods & Olden Yolk), The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart, Daniel Norgren , Den Stora Vilan, José González (Junip), and This Frontier Needs Heroes. He has toured extensively playing 100’s of gigs and festivals in Sweden, Norway, Denmark the UK , Holland, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, and Italy. Germany has taken to him and since January 2016, Labouchere has toured the country five times. He is currently putting the finishing touches on his 5th album due out in 2023 with the first single, “Slava Ukraini! (Song For The Madman)” released Friday September 9th, 2022!
